The Radisson OR Tambo Hotel & Convention Centre has been carefully selected for its convenient access for delegates travelling from anywhere. The hotel offers 248 spacious rooms and a wide range of conference facilities, which will be utilised for the SORSA 2027 Congress.
In addition, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service, operating hourly from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm (advance booking required).

Reservation terms and Conditions:
Deposits due: 1-night deposit will be required when reserving the room and the balance of the booking payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation or reduction in length of stay:
1. More than 30 days prior to arrival any cancellations or reduction in stay will be charged one night’s accommodation.
2. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, any cancellations or reduction in stay will be charged in full for the accommodation booked.
No shows:
No shows will be charged full cancellation for the total nights booked.

Transport to and from the conference venue will be for your own arrangement and payment.
